APC Consulting, and its affiliate The Birddog, will not disclose or sell any confidential customer information including your name, address, account number, type or classification of service, historical electricity usage, expected patterns of use, types of facilities used in providing service, individual contract terms and conditions, price current charges or billing records.

This prohibition does not apply to the release of your information under certain circumstances as required by law, including release to the Public Utility Commission, to your Local Distribution Company (utility company), to an agent of APC Consulting, to a credit reporting agency, or law enforcement agency.

Your information will not be shared with other retail electricity providers or aggregators without your consent.
